Refund Policy

If we can't verify you, you don't pay. Simple as that.

Verification is currently free for a limited time — so there's nothing to refund right now. The policy below applies whenever a paid verification is offered.

Fail the verification check → full refund. If your brand doesn't meet our public verification standards, we refund 100% of the verification fee to your original payment method. No questions, no forms, no hard feelings.

How refunds work

Automatic on failed verification. When our analyst determines a submission can't be verified, the refund is issued without you having to ask.
Original payment method. Refunds go back the way the payment came, processed by our payment provider at the time of payment.
Timing. Typically 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Processing fees. Transaction fees charged by the payment provider are non-refundable; the verification fee itself is refunded in full.

What isn't refundable

Passed verifications. Once your page is verified and published, the work is done — the fee is earned.
Free tier. Jsonized drafts are free; there's nothing to refund.

Refund abuse

Repeated submissions designed to fail verification (e.g., submitting the same unverifiable brand under different accounts) may lead to account suspension without refund eligibility for subsequent attempts.
